Our PASSION

Our Values
In This Together
We want you and your family to be healthy and strong. We want Braswell Family Farms to be successful. We want our customers, vendors, and communities to be successful. For that to happen, it takes everyone on the team doing their part.
Do the Right Thing
Regardless of the situation, we want everyone to be honest - acting with high integrity and just doing what needs to be done.
Eggcited About Agriculture
Whether you work in a chicken house or accounting, we want you to be excited about what we do at BFF. The world does not exist without agriculture. YOU feed people. Each day you wake up, you should be proud of what you do and how you do it. We ARE farmers, and to be successful, we need to have a farmer’s mentality. Farmers do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and they always finds a better way of doing things.
I’m Third
God is first, others are second, and I am third. This means we have a spirit of humility and that we do not seek to put our own personal agenda ahead of our team. To be good stewards of our jobs, our teammates, and our families and see them as a gift from the Lord.
Grow Where You’re Planted
We get excited when folks are focused on the role the Lord has placed them in. It means as an organization, we value continual improvement and growth. Each of us has to always be moving forward, or else we are moving backwards. My heart for you is that you grow in your ability, your responsibility, in your family and your friendships.
